What could you do less of?

I should probably stop worrying about every little thing that occurs in my body, like a tight muscle there or snap there when I move a certain part, you know.

Too often, my anxiety kicks in and makes me think it’s the early sign of some life-changing disease. But I also discovered that the less I think about what it is, the less I notice and feel it.
