Parties with Warriors

It’s outrageous these days. I sometimes wish I could go to sleep and not wake up until the world is back to normal.

But our bodies are not made to hibernate like chipmunks. Therefore, all I can do is hope I’ll have a dream vivid enough to take me out of reality long enough like video games do.

I feel like this dream took place inside a large treehouse; that is my current home in Farm Together. Several characters were with me: Rtas ‘Vadum, Shan Yu, War, and Geralt.

Yes, they’re all characters I have romantic attraction to so can you imagine them fighting over me? We were all sitting at round wooden table playing cards.

I’m not a board game person, including card games anymore but with these guys, I’ll take a few rounds of Crazy 8’s. There are so many games you can play with cards!

When we were not playing cards, Shan Yu and War bragged about their swords and tried to compete over whose was better. Geralt eventually got drunk and asked Rtas to search his satchel for a potion that would help. He kept mumbling “White Honey” and Rtas didn’t know what that was.

He eventually shook Geralt and took out his energy sword hoping it would make the latter snap out of it while saying:

Do you want everything ruined because of your stupidity? This is for Emily!

Then Shan Yu and War were arguing over whose sword would protect me best. Shan Yu put up the argument that he had known me since I was a child while War brushed it off like:

Then she picked poorly. Mine could break your blade with one full swoop!

I was torn which argument to break up first or how to make peace all at once. But I still wanted to laugh how they were all fighting over me, well.. except Geralt he was just doing dumb shit.

When I woke up, I realized how much I wished it would have continued just a little bit longer. My dreams and video games are so much better than reality right now.

Another dream with iconic characters. Not as memorable as the one where I kissed War, but good enough to write about.
